I bet you wonder what I mean by "small goals". There is a broad spectrum of people and a similarly broad spectrum of goals and success. 

My friend Bob’s company, iSocial, helps IBM employees who have big dreams of a big career. They also help people with much simpler dreams that are equally important. These people want three things:

1. enjoying a job 💼📊

2. taking care of themselves 🍕

3. having a friend. 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨

I want you to read the following story about Nick and “small goals creating big success”.

Nick had small goals and he took a big step. He attended the iSocial Life workshop on Zoom to acquire his basic social skills. He continued to move forward next year by attending Professional Communications and Leadership Skills to develop job skills. He continues to gain momentum today by visiting with his iSocial friends every week at “Keeping it Fresh”. 

Watch what happened when Nick progressed through the iSocial workshops and gained the clarity, confidence and courage to reach and attain his goals for a successful life.

First … He saw his iSocial buddies enrolled in school so he took a big step and enrolled in a Junior College. Success! Next year he enrolled at the University of Kansas and moved into his own apartment. More success! Nick was so confident at this point that he became the guy reading the evening sports report on the KU TV station. To be perfectly honest. That surprised everyone!

Nick graduated with his Associates degree and got a job that he loves at a major company and is living nearby in his own apartment. 

He is now paying back and helping others. He still attends “Keeping it Fresh” every week but now he takes his turn as a leader helping others develop their own goals for life.

Nick is proud to be experiencing his dream: A job he loves, taking care of himself and we will always be his friend.
