Embracing Neurodiversity in Work and Life Awareness of adult autism is growing, with more companies hiring neurodistinct individuals. But is inclusion just about hiring, or does it require a deeper understanding?
Tim Goldstein is a Neurodiverse Communication Specialist and a Board Member of the Autism Today Foundation. He was diagnosed with Asperger's when he was 54. He explains that autistic people think in a highly logical, detail-focused, and often black-and-white way, which makes them great problem solvers but can
create social challenges. Instead of simply bringing autistic individuals into the workforce, he argues that workplaces should actively embrace and accommodate their unique way of thinking.

Autism from the Soul - If the Walls Could Talk
A hunting trip in Kentucky leads two friends, Scott and Dave, to an old log cabin, sparking reflections on history, legacy, and loss. Their deep bond, strengthened by shared experiences as fathers of terminally ill children, is unspoken but profound. As Scott later watches his son Evan enjoy a family Easter gathering, he realizes that
legacy isn’t just something parents leave behind—it can also be the lasting impact of a child’s life, like Evan and Dave’s late daughter, Lindsey.
